Women’s Support Initiative

1000 women have achieved success within Women’s Support Initiative _ sewing courses_ from different Syrian provinces and each woman who successfully passed the course was gifted a sewing machine to enable her to establish a workshop to contribute to support her family.

In continuation to the comprehensive framework that Martyr Trust Foundation and Syriatel have developed to enhance the role of women and their rehabilitation to play a vital and essential role in the society especially in the current circumstances, they started/opened new courses (Crochet, knitting Wool, Coiffure, Make up) for a thousand women who are also from the families of the Syrian Arab Army and the armed forces martyrs.
