Description
The subscribers can suspend their postpaid lines when travelling or when they are unneeded for a while. You can suspend the line for maximum 12 months and minimum 1 month.

Call 1250 from the same postpaid line to suspend it by following the answer machine instructions

SMS:

Send an SMS to 1250 contains the following order:

“Act*duration*alternative number*IVR password”

Syriatel point of service:

The owner of the postpaid line can visit the nearest Syriatel point of service with the national ID to suspend the line.

Service Deactivation:
In case the subscriber wants to deactivate the service within 24 hours of suspending the line, he can send the following order in an SMS to 1250: “deact*IVR password”
