This service enables Syriatel subscribers to know their electricity invoices through an SMS sent to them when the bills are issued. This service is available for subscribers in Damascus, Homs, and Hama and other regions will be added soon.

There are two types of subscriptions:


Via IVR:


Subscribers can call the IVR 1330 and should follow IVR instructions.


Via SMS:



  • Yearly Subscription:

  Subscriber should send an SMS to the short code 1330 containing the following commands:

  • Per Request:

     Subscriber should send an SMS to the short code 1330 containing the following commands:

Service Deactivation:
send an SMS to 1330 with the word Cancel Space Electricity Private Code or the Electricity subscription registration code.
