Migration Service From Prepaid to Postpaid

This service enables the subscriber to migrate his prepaid card into postpaid line and benefit from its advantages.

Service Activation:

The owner or the user of the prepaid card should visit a main point of service with the national ID. The subscriber should sign a postpaid contract with his name.

Prices
  • Migration Fee is SYP 100
  • Credit Deposit for the postpaid new line is SYP 1500.
If the subscriber has another postpaid line, the new migrated line will be treated the same as the old one in means of the credit history The subscriber can migrate his prepaid card even if it’s Ya Hala aman, shabab, or thawani
