Description
You can stop the unwanted incoming calls without the need to switch off your cell phone so you don’t lose many important calls. This service is available for post paid lines and prepaid cards ( except Yahala Aman prepaid card).

Service Activation:
The subscribers can activate the service through sending free SMS to 1557 contains (act or activate)or call the 1557.
Service Deactivation:
Send a free SMS to 1557 contains ( deact or deactivation).
Service Subscription:

Add/ remove numbers: After activating the service you can add the number by calling 1557 following the answer machine instructions, you can block 5 numbers; either cell phone GSMs or fixed lines numbers. You can add or remove any number only by calling 1557
The response to the black listed numbers: you can define the response to a black listed number and set the “The number is not assigned” announcement

Prices
  • The SMS to 1557 is free
  • The call cost to 1557 is 4 SYP/ minutes for postpaid lines and 6 SYP/ minute for prepaid cards
  • Service cost is 50 SYP monthly.
When the subscriber deactivates the service, the list will be deleted too. In case of reactivating the service, the subscriber should set the black listed numbers again
