What is Ya Hala Aman card:

Ya Hala Aman provides its subscribers the ability to set five local numbers (mobile and landline) in addition to one international number that you can exclusively call within your preset Favorite Numbers List.

you can also enjoy other services such as local SMSs, local MMSs and Internet through your mobile (GPRS) as well as screening incoming calls and outgoing messages.

Upon the completion of your first call, you will hear a voice message informing you of your GSM number and your account information.

What is the Favorite Numbers List service?

This service allows you to choose 5 local numbers (mobile or landline) in addition to one international number that you can call.

You can set these numbers by sending SMS or calling 1231 where you can add 6 numbers only to your list free of charge for the first time and any subsequent modification will cost SYP 25 for postpaid lines or SYP 27 for prepaid cards per action.

You can always browse the added numbers free of charge by sending a message to or calling 1231 and following the voice instructions.

Note:
A maximum of 2 landline numbers can be added to the Favorite Numbers List.

What is Ya Hala Aman card control service?

With Ya Hala Aman, you can control your SIM card through the optional control service to set a controlling number to manage your Favorite Numbers List by adding or modifying the numbers in the list. In case no controlling number is set, you will be able to manage your favorite number list from your card itself.

You can set the controlling number by sending a message to or by calling 1231 for the first time from your Ya Hala Aman card.

Nota:
The controlling number can only be changed by the current controlling number. The controlling number can also cancel the control service so you can manage the Favorite Numbers List directly from your Ya Hala Aman card.

You can also make use of the incoming calls and sent messages screening features that restrict the receipt of incoming calls and destinations of the sent messages to the numbers available on your Favorite Numbers List.

Ya Hala Card Life Cycle

Life time Validity

You can keep your Ya Hala card active for life time as long the card get used once at least every 90 days.

• charging balance,
• making call
• sending SMS
• using the free pieces in the Shabab bonus account, using GPRS, sending MMS, subscribing to one of Syriatel paid services.

Grace Period

Your Ya Hala card will enter the grace period (5 days)

Ya Hala card will be active again by performing one of the following actions:

• Sending SMS
• Recharging the card with balance

Deactivation period

If you don’t send SMS or reactivate your Ya Hala card during the 5 days of the grace period, it will enter the deactivation period and you will be able to receive SMS only during this period.

Reactivate your Ya Hala card

You can reactivate your Ya Hala card and keep the same GSM number, by using one of the following methods, within 90 days after the end of the grace period:

1. Reactivation by using ABILI service, by recharging with SYP 100 or more.

2. Reactivation by using the remaining balance through dialing the free short code 1237 and follows the instructions.

   Please note that the minimum required balance is SYP 75.

3. Also, you can reactivate your card by visiting any Point of Service. 

The fee of reactivating your card is SYP 50

Note:

In case you haven’t reactivated your Ya Hala card during the deactivation period (90 days) the card will be terminated.

Stamps worth 21 SYP need to be added to every receipt if the amount paid is above 100 SYP.
