Syriatel has been leading the Syrian mobile telecommunication market since 2000. The company has successfully established its reputation by focusing on customer satisfaction and social responsibility.

We have established a network of 23 points of service covering all Syrian territory. Our 4 call centers in Damascus, Aleppo, Lattakia and Tartous serve daily over 23,000 customers’ queries.

Regionally, Syriatel is recognized as one of the fastest growing operators. It has approximately 3,488 employee with 371 young men and women among them selected from the Student Support Program. Syriatel employees are highly skilled, proud to serve over than 8 million customers today.

We operate a network of radio base stations that included by the end of 2016: 6171 sites for 2G service and 3286 sites for 3G service, to serve you wherever you wish.

We have 211 international roaming partners in 120 countries.
