Migration service from Postpaid Line to Prepaid Card
Postpaid subscribers can migrate their lines to prepaid cards according to the following:
Migration Conditions:
· The owner of the postpaid line has to visit one of Syriatel Points of Service and present his Personal Identification Card.
· The customer has to pay the due amount stemming out of the services and the calls he consumed.
· The customer has to fill in the prepaid application.
· The migration service is free when remigration to postpaid after previous migrating to prepaid.
Migration Cost based on the Recharging voucher:
The migration fee is related to the type of the recharging voucher used in the migration as clarified in the below table:
