Cell Broadcast service is related to the handset that you are using; so you need to activate the cell broadcast channels in every time you change the handset.

It depends on the channel that you are activating; some channels are available in English and most of them are in Arabic.

What is the frequency of broadcasting contents in CBC service?
The frequency of sending the contents depends upon the channel(s) that you have activated; broadcasting the contents could be daily, weekly, or occasionally.
Can I resend the received contents from CBC service?
Unfortunately, resending the contents is not feasible.
I have made the required settings but no contents have been received; what should I do?
If you are sure of the settings, please turn off your handset and re-turn it on again.
