What is the Payment via Settlement Vouchers service?
This service enables postpaid subscribers to settle their invoices or advanced payments anytime/anywhere by using any available Settlement Vouchers.
What are the available denominations of the Settlement Vouchers?
The Settlement Vouchers are available in denominations of SYP 250 –SYP 500-SYP 1000 – SYP 2000 – SYP 3000
How can I use the Settlement Vouchers?
You can settle your invoice or advanced payments through one of the following methods:
1. Via IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
Call 1400 from any Syriatel Postpaid line or 0932121400 from any other line and follow the instructions.
2. Via SMS (Short Message Service)
Send SMS from any Syriatel Postpaid line to the short code 1400 containing one of the following commands:
· To settle by using one voucher for the calling number
Send the letter (p), then the voucher’s secret code
Example: p12345678910121
· To settle by using more than one voucher (up to 3) for the calling line
Send the letter (p), then the vouchers’ secret code (with stars between) Example: p12345678910121*12345678910121*12345678910121
· To settle by using one voucher for another line
Send the letter (p), the voucher’s secret code, hash sign, then the mobile number you want to pay the payment for.
Example: p12345678910121#0932121400
· To settle by using more than one voucher (up to 3) for another line
Send the letter (p), the vouchers’ secret codes (with stars between), hash sign, then the mobile number you want to pay the payment for.
Example: p12345678910121*12345678910121*12345678910121#0932121400
3. Via Syriatel website.
You can settle your invoice by visiting Syriatel website on www.syriatel.sy and choosing E-POS, after successful log-in, choose Settle Bill from My Billing menu
What is the cost?
· The cost for settling through the IVR is 4 SYP / per call
· The cost for settling through the SMS is 2 SYP / SMS
· The cost for settling through Syriatel Website is Free of charge
