The CLIP service enables you to identify the incoming and missed calls. This feature may not function when receiving international calls.
Monthly subscription for Postpaid subscribers: 50 SYP and Free for Prepaid subscribers
CLIR:
Calling Line Identification Restriction This service allows you to control the display of your number on the called party phone screen.
The CLIR service gives you either of two options:
- Restriction is activated by default, and every time you wish for your number to appear, you have to dial *31# before the dialed number.
- Restriction is not activated by default, and you have to dial #31# before the dialed number every time you want to activate CLIR.
- Monthly subscription: 1,000 SYP
Call Barring:
This service allows you to bar either all incoming or all outgoing calls (with conditions while roaming and for international calls).
Monthly subscription: 50 SYP
International Access:
You can activate the international access service through visiting any of Syriatel points of service in order to deposit a refundable guarantee deposit.
- The deposit is 5. 000 SYP for Syrian
- The deposit is 10.000 SYP for Non-Syrian
Itemized Bill:
This service provides you with a detailed bill showing the dialed numbers, call duration and time, in addition to the details of all the bill's items.
Service fees: 50 SYP
Immediate Itemized Bill:
- This service enables you to have an itemized bill on the spot in any of Syriatel points of service.
- Service fees: 50 SYP
Starless Itemized bill:
- This service enables you to have a starless itemized bill on the spot in any of Syriatel points of service.
- Service fees: 50 SYP
