What is RBT service?
RBT service enables all Syriatel subscribers (post/prepaid) to replace their standard ring tone with a song or jock of their choice
How can I subscribe with RBT service?
You can subscribe with RBT service as follows:
- Dial 1333 and follow the IVR instructions
- send SMS to 1333 contains:
a. “RBT” to subscribe with RBT service
b. “Add” followed by RBT code to add new song (example:Add1004010749 )
- Copy songs that Syriatel subscribers have as ring tone, by simply pressing 1 and then # while listening to the tone. Within minutes, the same song will become the default ring tone.
- Visit Syriatel website www.syriatel.com\rbt
- How can I manage my RBT Service by dialing 1333?
- Press 1 from the main menu to choose new RBT
- Press 2 to dedicate new RBT
- Press 3 to manage RBT
- Press 0 for help or to cancel the service
How can I personalize my RBT for specific caller at definite time?
Press number 3 form the main menu and choose one of the following options:
- To all “normal RBT”
- To Specific caller “personalized RBT”
- To group of callers “personalized RBT for group of callers”
You can set the RBT at definite time by choosing one of the following options:
- Frequently
- Specific time per day
- During defined period
How can I subscribe and manage my RBT via SMS?
You can subscribe and manage your RBT through sending SMS contains one of the following commands:

What is the cost for subscribing with RBT?
There is no monthly fee for the service, but the tariff for a call or SMS to 1333 is:

- 4 SYP for postpaid + chosen RBT price
- 6 SYP for prepaid + chosen RBT price
SMS Price:
- 4 SYP for Postpaid + chosen RBT price
- 6 SYP for Prepaid + chosen RBT price
How can I dedicate RBT?
You can dedicate a song to any RBT user to replace it with the old one using one of the following ways:
- Dial 1333 to browse and choose the song you want to dedicate
- Send SMS to 1333 contains the chosen song code and the GSM number
- Visit Syriatel website www.syriatel.com/rbt
