What is the Electricity invoices notification service through Mobile?
It is a service that allows Syriatel subscribers to inquire about their electricity invoices and the period for settling their invoices, by receiving an SMS when the electricity cycle invoice is issued.
This service is only available to electricity subscribers in Damascus Rural, Daraa, Suwaidaa, Hama, Homs, Hasakeh, Raqqa, DerElZor, Aleppo and today forTartousGovernorates,
More Governorates are coming up very soon.
How can I subscribe to the Service?
There are two types of subscriptions:
Via IVR:
Subscribers can call the IVR 1330 and should follow IVR instructions.
Via SMS:
1. Yearly Subscription:
Subscriber should send an SMS to the short code 1330 containing the following commands:
E Space governorate’s code Space Electricity Private Code
Or
E Space governorate’s code Space Electricity subscription registration code
Example: E ** 75
2. Per Request:
Subscriber should send an SMS to the short code 1330 containing the following commands:

The cost of calling 1330 is 4 SYP for postpaid subscribers and 6 SYP for prepaid subscribers per call.
- SMS to number 1330 charging is 4 SYP for postpaid subscribers and 6 SYP for prepaid subscribers
- Service yearly subscription is 25 SYP for both postpaid and Prepaid subscribers.
How can I cancel my subscription to the service?
Subscribers can call the IVR 1330 and should follow IVR instructions.
By sending an SMS to the short code 1330 with the word Cancel Space Electricity Private Code or the Electricity subscriptionregistration code.
