With the new reactivation process for prepaid cards, all prepaid subscribers will be able to reactivate their prepaid cards easily without the need to visit any point of service or use a recharge voucher.
Reactivating a prepaid card If the subscriber already has a frozen balance that exceeds 100 units is very easy, all he/she can do is call 1237 free of charge and follow the voice instructions.
Within 5 hours the Ya Hala prepaid card will be reactivated.
The minimum required balance to complete this operation is 100 units, keeping in mind that the amount of 67 units will be deducted as a reactivation fee, and 8 validity days will be added to the Prepaid Card balance.
